A BIT ABOUT THE OWNERS
One Drake Road is privately owned and managed by two experienced hospitality and retail experts.
Iain was born and bred into hospitality industry following in his parents footsteps with a London based career in marketing, PR, design and hotel and restaurant operations. Jack joined M&S as a school leaver and never left. Jack is based at M&S Head Office in London travelling to Devon on a Wednesday for his cherished long weekends. You will often see Jack taking part in the Tamer Trail runs or running in and out from the gym.

ARRIVING AT ONE DRAKE ROAD
When arriving at the house, please use the dark blue door located beside Miller's estate agents, see illustration below.
RESERVED PARKING & ON STREET PARKING
Parking is not included or guranteed with your reservation but if avalable we can reserve one of two spaces in our small garage located adjacent to the house, on a first come, first served basis.
If you have reserved parking, it is a small two-car garage located adjacent to the house beside the Miller's estate agents car park. It is a tight squeeze for two cars so beware. When you drive in, an automatic floodlight switches itself on.
There are eight parking spaces in front of the house that are available to use free of charge from 5pm to 10am, Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday.
BIKES & WALKING EQUIPMENT
We have a secure room on the lower ground floor of the house that is available for the storage of bikes and walking equipment. It is accessed from the courtyard with internal access to the house.
No dogs allowed.
