Parking is not included or guaranteed with your reservation.  

 

There are eight public parking spaces in front of the house that are available to use free of charge from 5pm to 10am, Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday.

You can check in from 4pm to 6pm, earlier and later check in is available, please get in touch.

Check out is by 11am on the morning of departure, all bills to be settled on departure.

No shows will be charged the full amount.

 

ARRIVING AT ONE DRAKE ROAD

When arriving at the house, please use the dark blue front door located beside Miller's estate agents.

 

BIKES & WALKING EQUIPMENT

We have a secure room on the lower ground floor of the house that is available for the storage of bikes and walking equipment.  It is accessed from the courtyard with internal access to the house.

 

DOGS

We are dog lovers, but no dogs allowed.

 

CHILDREN

We love having little people over the age of five around the house.

 

A BIT ABOUT THE OWNERS

One Drake Road is privately owned and managed by two experienced hospitality and retail experts. 

Iain was born and bred into hospitality industry following in his parents footsteps with a London based career in marketing, PR, design and hotel and restaurant operations.  Jack joined this particular high-street retailer as a school leaver and never left. Jack works in Central London travelling to Devon on a Wednesday for his cherished long weekends. You will often see Jack taking part in the Tamer Trail runs or running in and out from the gym.
