We have built a little kitchenette under the stairs of the two-bedroom holiday let. We want to take this opportunity to explain what is in the kitchenette so we are transparent and clear with its contents and capabilities. It is only meant for the preparation of a light breakfast, hot drinks or reheating of pre cooked meals etc.
The kitchenette contains the following items:
Main course plates
Side plates
Cereal bowls
Mugs
Tea cups and saucers
Knives, forks and spoons
Set of kitchen knives
Chopping boards
Wine bottle opener
Can opener
Wooden spoons
Two-slice toaster
Kettle
Two-ring plug in hob
Microwave
Fridge
Tea towel
Kitchen roll
To help get you on your way, we also supply, with our compliments:
Breakfast tea
Herbal tea
Fresh ground coffee
Instant coffee
Granola
Cornflakes
Fresh milk
Orange juice
Bread
Butter
Jam and marmalade
We have everything possible to prepare a banquet in our kitchen upstairs so you only have to ask if you need anything else during your stay.
Only a two-minute walk from the house you will find a Co-Op, a Chinese, Indian, Pizza and Fish & Chip takeaways, many deliver to the house. There are lots of restaurants around the town for evening suppers etc. We have a small independent bakers that is open very early for bread, pastries, pasties and cakes, King Street Bakery - it takes less than two-minutes to walk there.
We have what can only be described as the best Cheese shop in the South West on our doorstep, Country Cheeses - they are great at making up cheese boards with all the relevant accompaniments.
We have an amazing Organic farm shop, Eversfield, a three-minute walk away that is great for all things organic, and fresh from the farm including a wide selection of organic wines, beers and ales. They do the best cappuccino in town!
We hope this helps with the planning of your stay with us.
Please phone, text, email with any other questions.
Regards
Iain & Jack
