Leaving Places Better Than We Found Them
Our Commitment to Responsible Hospitality
Last Updated: March 2026
At One Drake Road, we believe exceptional hospitality and environmental responsibility go hand in hand. As custodians of a collection of historic properties in Tavistock and Cornwall, we operate our business in a way that protects the environment, supports local communities and preserves the places our guests come to enjoy.
Our approach is guided by the principles of reducing environmental impact, supporting local economies, conserving resources and continually improving our sustainability performance. This policy applies to all areas of our business, including accommodation, housekeeping, purchasing, maintenance and guest communications.
